Shipping Information

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the selected delivery option. If your order is placed before 7PM it will usually be posted or with the courier the next day. Orders made after this time will be posted a day later.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs for the selected carrier options.

We always make sure our customers will receive the products in perfect condition, so shipping package boxes and extra wrapping always used, so your items are well-protected. 

Served Locations
We only deliver to the UK postcodes at this time. If you have a UK postcode but do not get the option to select shipping, please contact us.

VAT and Import Duty Fees
Taxes are included in the prices you see on our product listings. There are no additional import fees as our stock is always shipped from within the UK.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please do make sure you provide the correct shipping address on your order. We are not able to refund the shipping cost due to the incorrect shipping address, as the shipping charges already incurred and carrier will not refund this. Moreover the carrier will not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect shipping address.
