I've only used the click-and-collect option as I live nearby and it's always been an excellent experience. My orders come through as ready to collect instantly and I've previously had the shop even get in touch to notify of their opening hours and check when I'll be arriving. The staff are always polite and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere.
